The laser analysis system is full automated and and easy to use, delivering clear information based on standardized procedures. It introduces series of advanced technologies and production techniques including imported high power semiconductor as laser generator with long service life and good monochromaticity; large-size high precision photoelectric model matrix made by specially-designed ASIC technique; two sample feeding modes: peristaltic circulation pump and small sample cell; whole-course Mie theory algorithm, non-parameter algorithm and many distribution patterns, process data by Mie scattering theory, inversion algorithm incorporates R-R, Free1 and Free2 distribution patterns in order to satisfy needs of various industries, fields and customers, high precision data transform and circuit processing, etc., which lead to fast and precise test, easy operation and high repeatability. The technologies of laser, computer and photoelectric are incorporated.

  1. Import semi-conductor laser runs for 25000 hours (4 times longer than common He-Ne laser) in wavelength 635nm and power 3mw
  2. Unique 76 photocells are highly sensitive and consistent so as to effectively capture even faintly scattered signal, two forms of sample feeding by circulation system and small cell assembly expand the applications. Small cell assembly suits costly, heavy metallic samples or samples not workable with water; circulation system for metallic or non-metallic powders and many fields
