• FEDEX -Please kindly advise us your express account no, together with detailed payer'company name,then we could send you the samples very soon.
• DHL- your express account no will be workable sometimes,whenever confirm by them, the sample will reach your side within one week.
• TNT- Our TNT inform us that it has happened many times that the customers(receivers) refuse to pay the freight when the parcel is sent by Freight Collect. Therefore, to prevent such thing from happening again, Xiamen TNT stipulate that all the goods should be picked up by the notice from receiver. If the pick-up notice is from sender, TNT will not go to pick up the samples. So, pls order your local TNT to inform Xiamen TNT to pick up samples at our company.Otherwise,we really do not know other solution.
