Technology of manufacturing rapid-quenched magnetic powders (RQMP) is offered based on methods of centrifugal atomization or spraying of melt followed by rapid quenching on cooled shield. Centrifugal atomization, this technology, is providing the preparation of magnetic powders of wide variety of materials. BZMP (NdFeB powders) manufactured by new method are characterized by stable granulometry parameters, high-level of uniformity of alloying distribution in powder particles and fine-grained structure. This facilitates the forming the high coercivity condition of the material.

GQ-20TC Vacuum rolling ball mill is used to break and then pulverize materials by force of milling ball rolling, extruding and rubbing within vacuum or protective gas filled tank. Main characteristics: with a sifting screen equipped with together with the milling tank, powders can be obtained at the same time when ball milling is in process; strength of milled powders can be willingly controlled; particle sizes of the powders are in narrow range, turns to be in normal distribution, with granularity controllable; reliable vacuum protective function; easy-to-operate in material feeding and discharging.
