JZ series automatic dry powder sizing press

With combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, the feeding, deburring, sizing and ejection are automatic.

The machining speed of this sizing press is mechanical infinitely variable. Inching function allows machine possible for single cycle operation. The machine is equipped with PLC and rotary encoder.

This series dry powder sizing press is reliably designed. The protective devices comply with the latest safety regulations. Safety protection and work piece vacancy monitoring function is designed.

Centralized lubricating system feeds every point to ensure sufficient lubrication.

Usage

JZ series sizing presses are suitable for axle box, magnetic powder, powder ferrite, alone step powder metallurgy products to shape.

Characteristics
  1. These series of presses have assimilated domestic and international powder metallurgy products sizing technology, then researched and developed the new full-automatic sizing press by oneself.
  2. The sizing presses adopt crank driving, dipping frame, crosshead guiding device and die set for special using, guarantee it is reliable for presses to work, Precision guiding and machine adjustments are built into the press to produce close tolerance parts and the precision of the products is high, the consistency too.
  3. It is easy to build-up and debug for the die set. There are two kinds of working ways that upper core rod or lower rod fixing.
  4. Adopt machinery, pneumatic, electric apparatus to combine rationally, so can realize the full-automatic of entry materials, feeding, sizing and coining.
  5. The presses can be additional set up the lacking materials monitor and the knocking face device in accordance with customers.
